* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

WITHDRAWAL FROM AN ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase directly to our premises without first informing us by email at support@ambrolia.com, along with photographs of the product you wish to return. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

In the event that you wish to return an item that has been customized, we invite you to send us an email explaining the reason for your request. We will then review your request to offer you the best possible solution.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be issued: 

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at: support@ambrolia.com

SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and these costs are not refundable. 

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning and you will have to take responsibility for its misplacement should this occur.
