Where are your offices located ?

Ambrolia is based in the south of France, near Avignon in PROVENCE. We take great pleasure in talking to our customers in the Avignon area directly at various events.

In which area do you deliver ?

Ambrolia currently offers delivery to Metropolitan France and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country you wish to ship to. 

What are the delivery times?

We prepare your order in our premises near Avignon, and we entrust it to the post office within 24 to 48 working hours.

Then, the sending is carried out by the postal services according to the place of delivery chosen:

Delivery time to France: between 2 and 10 working days.

Delivery time to the rest of Europe: between 7 and 20 working days.

Where does your jewelry come from ?

Ambrolia is a reference store which wants to be selective. The stones are unique and come from international extraction areas from the four corners of the world and respect a rigorous charter (environment, human values, quality...) Our raw materials for the making of our jewelry come from French wholesalers renowned for their experience and their ethical values. This is why we assiduously select each craftsman and each of our materials so that the final jewel we make is in perfect adequacy with our ethical and sustainable values.

How do I know if the jewelry will fit me ?

Ambrolia's jewelry is suitable for most people, and some of our models are mixed, so they are suitable for both men and women's standard sizes. 

To know if the size of the jewel suits you, we invite you to refer to the instructions left on the description cards of each jewel. You will find many pictures and models to prepare at home to measure your wrist, your neck or your wrist.

Moreover, the majority of our products are made to measure. Do not hesitate to contact us if the jewel you want does not exist in the desired size. We will adapt and rework it to your needs if possible.

How can I be sure of the quality of the products ?

Ambrolia jewelry is carefully prepared by us and the raw materials are made by craftsmen specialized in jewelry. We select the finest quality gemstones to design our jewelry. We systematically and carefully check the quality of the stones and materials used. Products that do not meet the required quality standards are immediately rejected.

Are the virtues of the stones guaranteed ?

Ambrolia jewelry is mostly made of "semi-precious" stones and minerals. The properties stated in the description sheets and in our blog articles are taken from several reference books that we have cross-referenced to verify their accuracy. These virtues are grouped under the term lithotherapy, a current inviting the energy of stones to support the moral and physical of an individual.

Purification and recharging of stones:

Not all stones can be cleaned in the same way. Some do not like the sun, others water or the moon, etc.. It is therefore important to respect the needs of each stone. 

For an effective purification of the rock crystal, we advise you to purify it as soon as you receive it. Indeed, even if we purify all the stones ourselves, they have been handled by other people before you. It is therefore important to purify them so that they deliver all their virtues.

How to place an order ?

Ambrolia is a store with a catalog of products with many variations of stones and colors. Simply choose the combination that suits you best and click on the "add to cart" button. You will just have to find your jewel in the shopping cart, and finalize your order by following the steps indicated. The creation of an Ambrolia account is mandatory to proceed with your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. We will prepare your order with care to send it to you as soon as possible. 

How can I modify my order ?

You can modify your Ambrolia order at any time until it is shipped by sending us an email to: support@ambrolia.com 

In the event that a product has been personalized by engraving, we inform you that we will not be able to cancel, modify or refund your product.

Once your order has been sent to the postal service or shipped, it will unfortunately be impossible for us to make any changes.

How do I track my order?

Procedure to follow

I did not receive any tracking information, what should I do?

Sometimes, the confirmation or tracking email of your order can be found in your spam/junk mail. We suggest that you first check your entire mailbox to see if you have received it. 

It is possible that your package is entrusted to the postal service in 72 hours maximum, and this justifies a slight delay in the setting up of your postal follow-up. Please wait a little while and then write to us at support@ambrolia.com if you still haven't received anything within 5 working days after the confirmation of your order.

THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE

 

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

It may happen that your order is not delivered within the initial timeframe that we indicated when you placed your order. We invite you to wait a few more days, in case an unexpected event has slowed down the delivery of your package.

Then, we invite you to follow these steps:

1. We recommend that you first consult the tracking of your order in order to know the progress of its delivery in real time. 

2. If you still do not have any additional information, you can call the postal service and give them your tracking number so that they can give you more information. 

3. If no justification has been given to you, we invite you to come back to us by email at support@ambrolia.com so that we can open an internal investigation.

4. We will get back to you as soon as we have a feedback from the investigation to propose a concrete solution. 

In case you would receive your package while the investigation is still in progress, we invite you to let us know by writing directly to us in response to our previous email.

 

How to return an item ?

You have the possibility of retracting within 14 days following the reception of your order.

To return a new unworn item for a refund or replacement, please send us an email to support@ambrolia.com with photographs of the product you wish to return. 

If you wish to return an item that has been customized, please send us an email explaining the reason for your request. We will then study your request to offer you the best possible solution.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once you have informed us of your desire for a refund, we will invite you to follow our procedure to return your product. Once we receive the product in its original packaging, we will refund you within 14 days.
