30 day designer guarantee

In order to offer you a better service, we offer a creator's guarantee for a period of 30 days following receipt of your order. This allows you to ensure the quality of our jewelry in order to complete your order with complete peace of mind.

If your jewelry deteriorates or breaks during this 30-day period, this is not normal! We therefore suggest that you exchange for an identical or slightly adapted jewel according to your request.

For that, here is the procedure:

1 ANDSend us an e-mail to support@ambrolia.com or contact us on one of our social networks by attaching a photo of the jewel. Explain to us how you maintained your jewel and how it could break or suddenly deteriorate. We will study your request and we will establish together which alternative solution would be the best.

2- You will be asked to return the damaged jewel to us by post to the address of our creation workshop located in Istres. These shipping costs are your responsibility and we ask you to properly protect your package so that the jewel is not further damaged during transport. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked shipping method with loss and theft insurance to ensure that the package reaches us correctly and in good condition. We will not replace jewelry that we have not received.

3- We will always confirm receipt of your package. Once we have corrected the jewel or prepared its replacement, we will send it to you in a bubble envelope to the address of your initial order. We bear these shipping costs.

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged for reasons beyond the customer's control, if our care instructions have been followed correctly. Furthermore, we will not be able to correct an engraving already made because it is a personalized item.

If this guarantee is a great opportunity, we do not want there to be too repetitive abuses of this type of request. Thus, we have implemented a restriction of only one return per order made. If this guarantee is put in place more than 3 times by a customer, we reserve the right to study your request and refuse it in order to restrict any abuse of this guarantee.

ORDER WITHDRAWAL

You have the possibility to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of your order. If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase directly to our premises without first informing us by email to support@ambrolia.com, together with photographs of the product you wish to return.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

If you would like to return an item that has been personalized, we invite you to send us an email explaining the reason for your request. We will then study your request to offer you the best possible solution.

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

In certain very specific cases or in the event that the refund has not reached you after a period of 20 days in your bank account, we reserve the right to offer you the possibility of replacing it with a gift voucher to be used on our shop. .

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be granted:

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has certain parts missing for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

DISPATCH

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and these costs are non-refundable.

In the event that you return an item to us, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive the item you return to us and you will therefore have to take responsibility for its misplacement should this occur.
